Return Process

  Log into your FastModel Sports account and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment or verifies the software deactivation, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
